We want you to be completely satisfied with your art supplies. If for any reason you're not, our refund policy is here to ensure your peace of mind. We do not offer returns but you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Eligible items must be returned unopened in original packaging within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items must be returned with their original packing slip and reason for return. We will contact you to confirm your store credit or exchange once item is processed.


Items that may not be returned are as follows:
All pens, markers, gold & silver leaf, cut canvas, paper or board, drafting tables, spray paints, spray varnishes, clearance items, assembled kits, and custom orders.


If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact the store immediately at 416-922-5429. Please notify us immediately after you get your order if you receive a substantially damaged item by contacting 416-922-5429 or info@gwartzmans.com. In the event that you do not receive an item you have ordered, contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace any damaged or missing products if not contacted within 7 days from day received.
